The Chameleon can output high power harmonic at 400 nm, 266 nm and 200 nm. The unique and efficient design compensates for time delay and easy alignment, resulting in improved harmonic output efficiency with good beam quality and low dispersion. In addition, by changing the matching of the crystal and lens, harmonic output of other wavelengths can be realized to meet customer needs.
